This phone is the most bang for buck option out on the market right now when it comes to a gaming focused cellular device. The cooling fan actually allows it to run heavy emulated titles on winlator, gamehub, gamenative, winnative, Eden, or a plethora of others without thermal throttling 90% of the time. Not only is the phone a beast, but the customer service I received is second to none. I had an issue with my phone and decided I would upgrade to the 16gb 512gb trace edition since I would be sending it in anyways. My father having just passed away from stage 4 liver cancer... Literally within the last week.. they offered the upgrade to any edition phone and id just pay the difference minus a coupon. I opted for the one I previously mentioned because I couldn't afford the 11 pro or 11s pro. But I'm satisfied with the result. They were kind enough to add a cryo cooler as well.. thank you red magic team, you've gained a life long customer.
I am loving the hell out of this phone I've had it about 2 weeks and so far every single game I've thrown at it it's handled it like a champ a little overheating on some of the extremely heavy games but that can be fixed I plan on getting an external cooler at some point other than that this phone is a beast
It runs EVERYTHING without breaking a sweat — heavy games, multitasking, whatever you throw at it..
Battery is insane too, like you can forget your charger for a day or two easy.

Was hoping to buy a flagship ZTE device outside of the U.S since we have a problem with our neighbors over security concerns. This phone is amazing compared to anything I've ever experienced in the past. When it comes down to performance and gaming, It's ZTE's Nubia RED MAGIC or it's nothing. No brand ever stood at the top like they did. I have totally expected to not see Sora in this version of the phone but that's ok. I'm kinda old fashioned anyways. I don't really need AI ;)

What can I say? This phone has surpassed every expectation that I had for it. I've had other more expensive gaming phones. I'm shocked at how well this phone delivers for its price point. It feels premium, and performs like a flagship gaming phone. The display is great, the speakers are great, the speed is phenomenal. My only complaint, and it's a very small complaint, is the camera. It's not the best camera, but it's not bad either.

both phones are fav. but i like sound on the air 11, and picture is the best!
Above and beyond what I expected!
It charges super fast, doesn't get hot at all, runs all games and programs incredibly smoothly, and the battery lasts ages.
It doesn't freeze or do anything weird; it works perfectly.
And the screen quality is amazing. Since the camera isn't on top, it doesn't obstruct the view.

One month in.
So this phone has been a complete game changer for me. The battery life has been shockingly impressive. You can forget to charge it for a night and you will be solid for the full work day tomorrow. The screen is fantastic, gaming has been smooth and just overall the phone is one of the best, if not, the actual best phone I've ever had.
Not that bad but the shipping got delayed.

I have been loving my phone since I got it. I am on the road a lot for work and like to game in my off time. This device is a beast, it handles all the major emulators and can handle AAA games with Gamehub and GameNative. My only gripe is that there was no option for expanded storage.
Half the price of leading competitors and doesn't cut you short of anything you're wanting from a gaming phone hands down will always be choosing REDMAGIC from now on!

Note: Even with hardware support, high-speed connectivity depends on carrier Provisioning. If the carrier hasn't optimized 5G/4G signaling parameters for non-branded models in your region, 5G/4G may not be supported; please check if 3G/2G is available.
Step 2: SIM Card & Account Types.
If bands are supported but connection fails, it often stems from "SIM Card Contract Restrictions." Many carriers bind SIM cards to specific models (IMEI-locking). These "restricted lines" may block other devices. Check your monthly bill; if you are in a "device installment" or "lease" period, or if the plan details limit usage to specific models, your SIM might be locked. We suggest changing your plan or trying a new, unrestricted SIM card.
Step 3: Manual Network Activation.
If hardware and account status are confirmed, try manual data activation. Visit your carrier's support site and search for "Android APN Settings" to get key parameters like APN, MMSC, MCC, MNC, and APN Type. Go to "Settings > Mobile Network > Mobile data > Access Point Names (APN)" to create and save a new profile, then restart the phone.
