These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and deliveries on the website redmagic.tech.
Price and Payment
Unless otherwise stipulated on our website and in the order process, our delivery and administration charges are included in the final price payable for the products. Any charges or fees that will be added to the product price will be visible to you during the order process and before you place the order.
Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.
All prices and information on the website are intended to be accurate and complete; however, in certain situations, pricing and other errors may occur. You shall have no right to rely upon a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price for that product or service.
Payment shall be made by any payment method offered on, the website. Any refunds to you will be made to the same card or through the same payment method you used when making the original payment.

Just select “Klarna” at checkout as a payment option.
When using Klarna, it will check your eligibility by doing a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit score.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be processed and performed when we have received your payment. We are not obliged to ship any products before we have received the full payment for the product.
If it is not possible for us to ship the products within the estimated delivery period mentioned in the website or order confirmation, or in the event that a Product is out of stock and could not be delivered within the agreed time, we will inform you thereof and allow you to terminate the order, in which case any payment made to us will be reimbursed. Your other rights and remedies under consumer law remain unaffected. We reserve the right to combine your orders to facilitate prompt delivery.

Right to Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we ship your parcel without giving any reason. Please contact us at support@redmagic.tech should you have any queries in this regard.
In the event that you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges, no later than fifteen (15) days after the date on which the notification of your cancellation of your order has been received by us. Refunds shall be issued to you using the same means as your original payment.

Right to Return
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within fifteen (15) days without giving any reason. The return period is fifteen (15) days from:

You must return the products to us immediately, and in any event not later than (7) days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of your order. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the products before the expiration of the period of (7) days.
If you cannot return the products to us in whole or in part, or there is a reduction in value of the goods due to your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop, your refund (excluding delivery costs) may be reduced, or you must compensate us for the reduction in value. You are responsible for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the products back.
Bundles, Gifts, and Discount Vouchers
From time to time, we may offer you bundled products or provide you with a gift if you purchase on our website. These bundles and gift promotions are only provided under the condition that you keep the products.
To receive your full refund, we recommend that you return the bundled products and gifts in their entirety. If you are not able to do so, you may have to pay us a proportionate compensation, or we may reduce your refund.
We may provide discount vouchers with the aim of promoting our products. Discount vouchers grant a reduction in the price of the goods to be sold, subject to applicable terms and conditions. They are not considered a payment instrument for goods to be sold. If you decide to return a product purchased with a discount voucher, we will only reimburse the amount paid.

If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs during the limited warranty period, we reserve the right to either repair or replace your Product(s) as appropriate, or in some cases, we may refund you if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. If your product/s are not covered by the warranty, you will be charged for inspection and/or repair of the product/s.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Please note that our Warranty does not cover the following:

Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow the proper use guidelines;

Products that have not been stored correctly, or were damaged due to environmental factors such as liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt;

Unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress/damage;

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage;

Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen (if applicable);

Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;

Ordinary wear and tear;

Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by us, the original manufacturer;

Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by us;

Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as (without limitation) collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;

Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product;

Products not purchased from https://redmagic.gg/ or https://redmagic.tech.

Repairs conducted by a non-accredited or approved service center. This exclusion extends to any circumstance where a service/repair center that has not been approved by us has opened the device for testing and/or repair, notwithstanding the fact that any repair work may not have ultimately taken place.

Consumable items, including but not limited to phone cases and screen protectors.

Problems and Faults Caused by Computer Viruses
Repaired or replaced parts, or products, will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 calendar days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
We reserve the right to repair or replace your product with a new or refurbished device, provided that the replacement is substantially equal to or better than the returned device. Your Product presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than the defective products being repaired. Ownership of all parts or defective product/s that have been replaced or exchanged will immediately transfer to us, and you will have no further claim to the product/s that were returned and duly replaced or refunded.
This Warranty does not cover downloaded content, 3rd party software, or settings. It is also your sole responsibility to back up all content before making a warranty claim. The repair or replacement of products may result in loss of the user’s data. We will not be liable for any losses (including loss of data) on any device which has been sent to us for repair or replacement.
Repair & Repacement
If your Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us by email within 24 hours from the time that the product was delivered to you at support@redmagic.tech, and please clearly state your order number and attach sufficient and clear photos of the product’s condition. We will only reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty and was accordingly dead on arrival.
You should contact our customer service via support@redmagic.tech before sending your product to us for inspection, repair, or replacement.
You will be liable for the freight costs of the returned product if the Warranty period for the product has expired.
If you are shipping any product that exceeds $50, we strongly suggest that you consider using a reputable and traceable shipping service or, alternatively, purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the shipping process.
The time required for a repaired or replaced product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Please contact us at support@redmagic.tech should you have any further queries in this regard.
