The Seel Worry-Free Purchase Service is optional and can be removed or cancelled anytime before the purchase is made.

If you have already purchased a product and unintentionally added Seel, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance to cancel the service before the order is shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel the entire order by contacting Customer Service at support@redmagic.tech. Seel will be canceled immediately if your order is successfully canceled, and your payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, the Seel Worry-Free Purchase Service is generally considered active and non-refundable in any situation. Please contact support@redmagic.tech for any questions.
To exercise your right to return, please strictly follow these steps:
- Step 1:
- Initiate Return: Contact us in writing clearly informing us of your decision to return.
- Contact Email: support@redmagic.tech.
- Note: Please quote your purchase reference number in your communication
- Step 2:
- Acknowledgment Wait for our official acknowledgment. We will provide a receipt of your request through our official channels.
- Step 3:
- Prepare the Package
- Package the product safely and securely.
- Clearly mark your reference number on the outside of the parcel.
- Include all accessories, parts, and original packaging sold with the product.
- Step 4:
- Ship the Product
- Deadline: Send the product back no later than 10 days from the day you sent the return notice.
- Address: Do not return items to the original shipping warehouse. All returns must be shipped to our designated service center.

If you pay by credit or debit card, notwithstanding our commitment as mentioned under “Effect of Returns”, we cannot control the turnaround time of each bank; therefore, the refund request for all approved refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product/s. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any additional questions.

If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 7 business days of receipt of the product/s.

If you have completed all the abovementioned steps, but have still not received the refund yet, please contact us through support@redmagic.tech and quote your purchase reference number.

A product that lacks the serial number or warranty seal, is damaged, altered, or used.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product that is physically damaged.

Any product that appears to have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.

Any product that initiated a chargeback.
